These Terms of Service govern your use of SSBespoke.com and purchases from S.S. Tailors and Textiles (“SSBespoke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its operation or security; introduce harmful code; scrape or copy website content without permission; or violate the rights of SSBespoke or another party. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Made-to-Measure Products and Pricing

SSBespoke garments are custom-produced based on measurements you provide or that are taken during a consultation. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, fabrics, colors, and prices, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and device, and natural fabric variation is inherent to the materials we use.

Prices, promotions, products, and availability may change without notice. Because each garment is cut and produced specifically for you, we may verify measurements with you before production begins. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order; if we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

3. Orders, Measurements, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not mean production has begun — production typically begins once measurements are confirmed.

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and contact, billing, and shipping information. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or unclear/incomplete measurements. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout.

4. Production and Shipping

Made-to-measure garments require production time in addition to shipping time. Please review our Shipping Policy for current production timelines, international shipping methods, customs/duties information, and delivery estimates. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or incorrect addresses.

5. Fit Guarantee, Alterations, Returns, and Exchanges

Because garments are custom-cut to individual measurements, our Fit Guarantee, alteration, and return terms are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy in effect when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, fabric details, and measurement guidance before ordering. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to SSBespoke and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Reviews and Submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant SSBespoke a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or unrelated to the product or service.

Our website may use or link to services provided by our hosting provider, payment processors, shipping/customs carriers, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSBespoke and its officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Delhi, India, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
